Job Position : COO

BTL EPC is looking for an experienced professional for the role of COO with following strategic and tactical responsibility for achieving operational excellence.

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct the business in keeping with vision as defined by the company.
• Effectively integrates Project and Field Engineering resources, designs, procedures and processes.
• Good Knowledge of technological trends and applications
• BE / B.Tech in directly related disciplines and 20+ years of industry experience with a minimum of 10 years being in progressive leadership roles
• Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly.

Leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts
