Job Position : SERVICE HEAD

• Customer database compilation and customer satisfaction.
• Encourage use of genuine parts, spares sales, building up service station, freelancer technician.
• Service activities conducting.
• Dealership service audit.
• Making of customer testimonials.
• Product feedback to quality team.
• Monthly service presentation to management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Industry: Agricultural Machineries: (Power Tiller, Power Weeder, Harvester/Reaper and Brush   Cutter, Water Pump, Sprayer)

Experience relevance: Handling technical team of Service Engineers and Technicians.

Years of experience: Total 10 years of which minimum 6 years in relevant Industry and position.

Qualification Required: B .Tech/BE

Location: Kolkata

CTC: 8.00LPA to 11.00LPA (negotiable for the right candidate)
